OLD PUMP HOUSE

This new dwelling proposed for an infill site on the banks of the River Aln estuary in Alnmouth is currently in planning.
Large areas of glazing and a first floor balcony take advantage of the estuary-facing aspect to the west.
A simple pallet of materials comprising zinc, render and glass enhance the simple geometry of this contemporary house that sits comfortably in its village-edge context.
